Yesterday I featured a little cottage table tent illustrated by AU designer Binny and today I just had to share with you all her stunning new wallpaper collection for childrens’ rooms. The range has just launched in Sweden and will soon be released in Asia Pacific (I am staying tuned to her blog for more details). Lovin’ the Lazybones and Pups In Cups!

One of my neighbours has a great ‘table tent’ that her little one and my Poppy love to play under. She, however, is quite handy with a sewing machine whereas my skills are somewhat *ahem* limited shall we say (re-stitching buttons is about as far as it goes unfortunately). When I spotted this Cottage Table Tent I thought it was a brilliant little idea: perfect for indoor, rainy-day play, great for inspiring kids’ imaginations, a spiffy space-saving ‘cubby’, and it looks totally adorable (love the fact that it’s illustrated by Australian designer Binny). It just works on sooooo many different levels that it simply had to be a ‘must-have’ item.

No regular post from me today lovelies. I am heading off to the specialist with my little man for a looooong-awaited appointment and haven’t been able to think of much else to be honest!
Before I break for the weekend though I just wanted to let you all know that I am working on an exciting new project with my lovely friend Jen from Style MILK (all will be revealed soon) as well as my own little personal blog (would love you to pop over and say ‘hi’ once I have it up and running).
Have a fab weekend everyone and I’ll see you back here on Monday!

Here’s a quick roundup of some of my favourite handmade pieces at the moment, starting with this super-cute Woodland Bunny Girl from Melbourne’s jmaranez.

I am also loving this Dark Indigo Denim Tuesday Play Dress (with handprinted birch forest panel) from Kidacollective. The colours are just so bold and the contrast of the dark denim and vibrant red – definitely an eye-catcher!

These whimsical vintage fabric cranes from NZ’s Free Range Baby are so beautifully unique don’t you think? I want them all!

And last but definitely not least is this gorgeous Apple Dot bunting from Sydney based Giggleberry. If you haven’t seen these fabulous creations before make sure you check out the complete range. These little beauties have a million and one uses and are on my list for the next kiddy birthday.

Hi everyone. Today’s post has been written by the fabulous Jodi from Baby Bites and Chocolate & Chilli NZ. Jodi recently made the trek across the pond to attend the Kids In Style trade show in Melbourne (yes, I am jealous) and I simply had to share her Mister Mista review with you all. Thanks Jodi!
I love Mister Mista. From the moment I came across their very first series of limited edition tees, I was in love. So no round up from Kids In Style would be complete without them, as they really were a firm favorite all round, and the talk of the show with their Spooky Eggs.
To say I was taken with their decal range is an understatement. I am waiting with baited breath for the email confirming they are in stock, as I NEED their clock wall decal for Mr almost-one’s room (unbelievably I somehow missed taking a photo of it on display at the fair). The Arrrgh to Z decal is also very cool, and if I can find the space for it, it may be heading our way too. Luckily it comes in three size options! The repositionable decals are the high quality fabric kind which is tear resistant and is moved easily without leaving any yucky residue (I had a play just to make sure!).
The Mister Mista range also includes cards, prints, height charts and of course, the forementioned Spooky Eggs. I won’t ruin the surprise of what exactly the Spooky Eggs are all about, but if you have school age kids, trust me, get some, they will love them!

Mister Mista available at Chocolate and Chilli
How beautifully divine is this handmade doll from Tiny Concept? Artist Kristina Snerling created Marjolaine exclusively for Udessi Gallery as part of her Boutique Collection. Destined to become exquisite heirlooms these gorgeous dolls are all lovingly handcrafted and designed to be enjoyed as pieces of art. With over 200 hours of work in each doll this special collection of hand-stitched artworks feature crystal beading and beautiful, delicate fabrics including vintage French lace, duchess satin, chiffon and Japanese silk. Oh my!
